Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners in California is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide supervision and assessments. You will supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians and conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions.

Develop lesson plans and materials, while increasing parent participation in the child’s program development and implementation. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification and have at least two years of supervisory experience; FBAs and report writing experience are a plus.

• Analyze behavioral data.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent training curriculum
• Increase parent participation in child's program development and implementation
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, current Parent Trainer, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.
• Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
• Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.

Qualifications:

• Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED.
• At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
• Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
