Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a behavior analyst.
• Experience providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Familiarity with current research findings and best practices in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and provide training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Provide monthly parent training.

Skills

Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Experience conducting functional behavior assessments

Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or education

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
