Job summary

EzCare ABA, a family-owned clinical organization in Richmond, VA, is seeking a BCBA to join as a Part-Time Initial Assessor. You will conduct initial assessments, meet with families, and help families begin their ABA journey, while enjoying flexibility and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience conducting assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial behavioral assessments.
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments when applicable.
• Review records and gather relevant clinical information.
• Meet with families and caregivers to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Complete assessment reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams.
• Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and state requirements.
