The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, active licensure, and at least 3 years of ABA assessment experience, with strong writing and insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Active licensure as applicable.
• 3+ years of ABA experience, including assessment experience.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and medical necessity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and reassessment evaluations.
• Administer, score, and interpret behavioral and adaptive assessments.
• Conduct caregiver and stakeholder interviews.
• Observe clients in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Develop clinically sound treatment recommendations.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports.
• Determine medical necessity and recommend appropriate service levels.
• Collaborate with intake, authorization, and clinical leadership teams.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
