Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in Virginia. The role requires travel to client locations and adherence to BACB guidelines.

The assessor will perform FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete documentation promptly while communicating clearly with families. Flexible scheduling is offered to support varied client needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans
• Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations
