Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Flexible hourly schedule and supportive clinical leadership.

You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide training to RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families and schools to promote skill generalization. Competitive hourly compensation of $80–$95.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervising RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate and quality-focused.
• Strong ethics and evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
