Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services in Roselle, NJ. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, clinical leadership, and collaboration with families to build functional skills for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

As part of the team, you will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop individualized treatment plans, collect data, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals based on data.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of services.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to support skill generalization.
