Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Somerset County, NJ. The role emphasizes individual treatment plans, data-driven progress, and supervision of RBTs/BTs with flexible scheduling.

You will work with children and families, develop behavior interventions, and collaborate with schools to support generalization of skills, all while maintaining ethical, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• New Jersey LBA license required (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervising RBTs/BTs and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and providers to generalize skills.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team growth.
