Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and eligibility to practice in California.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans for children.
• Skills in data collection, data analysis, and data-driven clinical decisions.
• Experience supervising, training, and mentoring behavior technicians or RBTs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, with reliable transportation to client sessions or clinic-based services.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Preferred: Experience with neurodivergent children, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Preferred: Familiarity with electronic health records, ABA practice management software, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
