KinderReady Behavior Solutions is seeking a part-time BCaBA to implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision in clients’ homes across South San Diego. You will collect progress data, support caregiver training, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure effective intervention.

The role offers a guaranteed 15 hours per week at $35/hour, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities to grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (required).
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in South San Diego.
• Desire to grow clinically, not just fill hours.
