  • Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, with reliable transportation to client sessions or clinic-based services.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Preferred: Experience with neurodivergent children, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with electronic health records, ABA practice management software, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide part-time, in-home ABA services in San Diego, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and designing behavior intervention programs. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, model best practices in-session, and ensure treatment integrity through regular observation and feedback.
