KinderReady Behavior Solutions in San Diego is seeking a BCBA for part-time work in South San Diego. Start rate $60/hour with potential increases based on experience and a guaranteed 15 hours per week.

You will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs, conduct assessments and data-driven plan adjustments, supervise technicians, and partner with families to support children with autism in in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in San Diego.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. Our founder is a BCBA who still does the work, which is why 90% of our staff stay. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCBA to pick up a caseload there.
