Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Paramus, New Jersey. This part-time contract role involves providing behavioral oversight for individuals with behavioral acuity needs. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans and supporting staff with Positive Behavior Supports. Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
