Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, for a part-time contract role to provide behavioral oversight and consultation. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans and support for staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports. Active BCBA certification is required, and experience with developmental disabilities is preferred. The position offers flexibility and competitive compensation based on an hourly or monthly rate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred.
• Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
