KinderReady Behavior Solutions in San Diego is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for a part-time role in South San Diego. Starting at $35 per hour with 15 guaranteed hours per week, the position includes BCBA supervision, bonuses for utilization of hours, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule.

You'll implement individualized behavior interventions, collect data, train parents, and collaborate with families and the clinical team while growing your clinical

You'll also get direct supervision from our founder — a BCBA — including supervised fieldwork hours if you're working toward your BCBA certification.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. 90% of our staff stay, because you're treated like a clinician here. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCaBA to join the team.
