Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and assists with food prep as needed.
• Keeps dish area organized, sets up dish stations and operates dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean/dry floors and proper storage of china, glassware, and cookware.
• Monitors water changes and uses chemical dilutions as directed by EcoLab.
• Assists with storing food deliveries and helps with other duties as requested by the chef.
