Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, dry floors and proper storage of china, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
• Operates dish machines and monitors water changes; follows chemical dilution procedures.
• Assists in timely storing of food deliveries and helps the chef as needed.
• Maintains dry storage area and organizes storage shelves; follows posted dish cleaning duties.
