Fox Bros BBQ is seeking a friendly hostess/host for our Atlanta location. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and maintain a smooth rotation of tables to optimize dining flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong phone etiquette, and excellent communication to keep the dining area organized and welcoming. Part-time schedule consistent with restaurant hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide realistic quotes for wait times.
• Be proficient at all host positions.
• Respond calmly when guests are frustrated and involve a manager when needed.

Job Description

Fox Bros BBQ hostess/host is the first line to our guest. As a hostess/host must cheerfully greet our guests and sit them in a prompt and efficient manner. It is also their responsibility to keep an organized rotation of tables, provide silverware and always know where the next table will be sat. Most guests are happy and excited to be here, however, if there is a case where a guest is frustrated or showing signs of anger it is the host’s job to retrieve a manager immediately.

Responsibilities

• Be efficient at all 3 host positions
• Give a guest a salutation when leaving (never say good bye)
