North Star Manor is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Bath Aide (CNA) in Minnesota. The role supports residents with daily living activities, follows care plans, and reports observations to nursing staff. You work as part of a care team delivering compassionate, respectful care and maintaining infection control practices.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, call lights, resident transport, admissions and orientation. CICRN: Shift differential adds $2/hour 4pm–6am; weekend shifts available.

Competenze

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)

Pay range: $22.60 - $27.50 per hour depending on experience Shift Differentials: Additional $2/hours between 4pm - 6am Shift pick-up bonuses available

Positions Available

  • 8 hour day shifts, every other weekend

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively as part of a care team to support residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independenceFollow care plans and report observations to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that builds trust and comfort
• Maintain a clean and safe environment using infection control practices
• Support daily routines such as:
  • Meal service and feeding assistance
  • Answering call lights
  • Transporting residents within the facility
  • Assisting with admissions and orientation
  • Ensuring resident clothing is clean and labeled

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Minnesota
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
