Job summary

North Star Manor is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Bath Aide (CNA) in Minnesota. The role supports residents with daily living activities, follows care plans, and reports observations to nursing staff. You work as part of a care team delivering compassionate, respectful care and maintaining infection control practices.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, call lights, resident transport, admissions and orientation. CICRN: Shift differential adds $2/hour 4pm–6am; weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Follow care plans and report observations to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that builds trust and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment using infection control practices.
• Assist with meals, call lights, transport residents within the facility, and help with admissions and orientation.
