Job summary

EURPAC Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser at the Vance AFB commissary. The role involves visiting assigned locations, stocking shelves, and executing planogram changes while coordinating with the Area Manager.

You will use EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ to manage shelf conditions, signage and promotions, ensuring accurate pricing and timely replenishment. This position supports veterans’ base retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items using guidance from the Area Manager to meet the 30‑day speed-to-shelf objective.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf maximums (shelf max) for all SKUs.
• Proactively stock shelves during out-of-stocks and when backstock or contractors fall short.
• Secure and merchandise displays; arrange product demos and order cases to support events.
• Manage shelf maintenance: facings, resets, signage, pricing, and shelf tags.
• Process Vendor Credit Memos (VCMs) and Vendor Price Reduction Agreements (VPRAs) promptly.
• Maintain regular store calls and communicate issues to the Area Manager.
• Check codes dates and rotate products; balance weekly DSD/DSDS orders.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ; report in-store conditions.
