Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support the Vance AFB commissary in Oklahoma. The Base Manager will call on assigned locations, stock shelves, manage displays, and coordinate with the Area Manager to meet speed-to-shelf objectives.

The role emphasizes accurate shelf maintenance, pricing, and reporting using Eagle Eye and Retail IQ; requires physical stamina, ability to travel within bases, and comfort with base access and background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform stock and display tasks on base
• Experience with shelf management and pricing
• Willingness to travel and work part-time hours

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items using AM guidance
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs
• Stock shelves when out-of-stocks occur and backstock is available
• Secure/sell display activity and build displays as needed
• Secure product demonstration activity and order cases to support events
• Manage shelf-related tasks: facings, resets, signage, pricing, shelf tags
• Ensure timely processing of VCMs and VPRAs
• Maintain proper store call frequency and report issues to AM
• Conduct regular checks for code dates and rotate stock
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and demonstrate use of EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ
