Job summary

EURPAC Service, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Base Manager to support Commissary and Convenience locations on a U.S. military base. The role focuses on shelf management, displays, promotions, and coordinating with store management under the guidance of an Area Manager.

A background in grocery or retail is highly helpful, and existing military base access is strongly preferred. The position offers flexible hours, with 8 hours per week and an hourly rate of $17–$19.

• Existing military base access strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Manager by performing base-level tasks on Commissary and Convenience locations.
• Support shelf management, resets, pricing, signage and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with store management to maintain call frequency and reporting of in-store issues.
• Promote in-store promotions and ensure shelf space is optimized and SKU distribution is tracked.
• Lead by example in completing daily tasks and supporting company technology tools.
