Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc. seeks a part-time Retail Merchandiser for Luke AFB, AZ commissary. The role focuses on shelf maintenance, display execution, and timely item restocking, with 20 hours weekly and a $17–$19 hourly rate.

Ideal candidates will coordinate with Area Managers, ensure accurate shelf max, and support promotional activities while complying with base access requirements and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at Luke AFB commissary on a part-time basis.
• Must pass a background check for military base access.
• Reliable use of computer and company systems for inventory and orders.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items to meet 30-day speed to shelf targets.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves proactively when out-of-stocks occur.
• Build displays and coordinate product demonstrations as needed.
• Manage shelf integrity: facings, resets, pricing and shelf tags.
