Job summary

The Westshore Grand, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Tampa, seeks a part-time bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service on-site. You will prepare and garnish drinks, maintain bar stock, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and basic knowledge of beverages. You will handle POS transactions, support cash handling, and follow all beverage regulations while working in a dynamic, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel or food-service experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication and service.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and drink preparation.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Greet guests and take drink orders.
• Mix and garnish drinks following recipes.
• Handle cash and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with state and corporate beverage rules.
• Close checks and manage POS entries.
• Lock and store beverage items and secure cash drops.
