Job summary

The Westshore Grand in Tampa seeks a courteous beverage server to maintain bar setup, garnish prep, and stock levels. You will greet guests, take orders, mix and present drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Strong communication and knowledge of drinks, plus a team-first attitude, are essential to deliver excellent guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent guest interactions and service orientation.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and drink preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in orders.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stock, including garnishes and perishables.
• Greet guests, take and document drink orders, and serve beverages.
• Balance cash, process charges, and issue vouchers accurately.
• Operate the register and assist with price checks and totals.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety and state requirements.
