Qualifications

• Legal in the United States to work and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Food Handler Card and valid TABC certification.
• Union pour card required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all alcoholic beverages and stock bar daily.
• Take orders, interact with guests, and deliver courteous service.
• Enter orders into POS and handle cash per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of bar and dining areas.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and adhere to safety standards.
• Support team and guide guests through hotel and city highlights.
