PERG online, Frisco, TX, seeks a bartender to deliver efficient, friendly service and maintain a clean, professional bar area. You will greet guests, know the menu, manage tabs in Micros, and ensure responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires bar knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends. Outdoor work capability is a plus and professionalism is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume casual settings.
• Must be available for AM and PM shifts.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Must have Food Handlers and TABC certification or obtain upon hire.
• Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and communication.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and anticipate needs; respond to inquiries.
• Know all food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Provide silverware and condiments before food is served at the bar.
• Clean and reset bar area as guests depart or drinks are prepared.
• Set up and breakdown of bar area, including triple sink procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management, kitchen, and serving staff.
• Contribute to a professional workplace with high morale and productivity.
• Work well with both Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all laws (carding, limits).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and record transactions in Micros.
• Maintain guest tabs and process payments promptly.
• Monitor pars and stock levels.
• Sell and upsell products.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
