Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to prepare food and drink orders, serve beverages, and coordinate lounge/bar activities in our Frisco location.

You will verify customers' ages, take orders, mix drinks, keep the bar clean, balance receipts, and support guests with a friendly, professional service. This role requires 3–6 months related experience and an Alcohol Awareness Certification, with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience; or equivalent training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations professionally.
• Schedule flexibility; may require hours outside regular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and serve drinks in accordance with laws.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
• Prepare drink orders including wine, liquor, and beer.
• Balance sales receipts and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of bars, lounges, and service areas.
