Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Comfortable with basic math and handling money.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor.
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks.
• Maintain cash bank and follow procedures.
• Follow alcohol laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests promptly.
