Job summary

North Italia is seeking bartenders to provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a high-volume setting. You will engage guests, recommend cocktails, and manage orders with accuracy while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of bartending experience.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Comfortable with basic math and money handling.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needs.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beers, and liquor, and their ingredients.
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks and menu items.
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely, efficient manner.
