Qualifications

• One year bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Proficient in cash and card transactions.
• Food Handler Cert and Alcohol Cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks using standard pour; take orders in POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks and assist servers.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
• Maintain clean bar area and supplies.
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
• Stock beer and wine coolers; clean bins.
• Communicate with support crew and management.
• Be willing to take on additional duties.
