Happy Valley Casino is seeking an experienced bartender for Aces Bar in State College, PA. You will prepare and serve beverages, deliver a welcoming guest experience, and collaborate with front and back of house teams to ensure top-quality service.

The role emphasizes safe alcohol service, knowledge of drink offerings, and maintaining a clean bar area. Weekend and holiday availability, plus a minimum of 1 year in hospitality, are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related bartending, hospitality, or food & beverage experience.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and responsible service.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand 6–8+ hours per shift.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Promote positive guest interactions and public relations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
