Job summary

Responsibilities include portion control, cash handling, helping guests with orders, maintaining a clean bar, restocking, and complying with Internal Control Standards and casino policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years beverage experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate bar equipment (juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Mix drinks and collect payment from guests.
• Count bank at the beginning and end of shift; distinguish room charges and comp tickets; complete paperwork.
• Take beverage orders from bar customers; communicate clearly in English.
• Maintain bar cleanliness; restock supplies during slow periods; lift and bend as needed.
• Lift bar top entry points and access behind bar; work in a narrow space behind bar.
• Address guests with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Learn casino layout to provide proper directions.
• Clock in/out and track hours.
