Happy Valley Casino is seeking an experienced Bartender for Aces Bar in State College, PA. You will craft high-quality beverages, engage guests, and collaborate with front and back of house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The role reports to the Food and Beverage Shift Supervisors and requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds, stand 6-8+ hours, and work weekends/holidays. Competitive benefits accompany full participation in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of bartending, hospitality, or food and beverage experience.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and responsible service practices.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand 6-8+ hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Promote positive guest interactions and contribute to guest experience.
