Job summary

Stonebridge in Boulder, CO seeks a part-time Bartender to mix, pour, and serve beverages per outlet and event orders. You’ll set up and stock the bar, maintain cleanliness, and ensure responsible beverage service. Prior bar experience preferred; TIPS certification or within 30 days.

Qualifications

Experience as a bartender or in a food and beverage role preferred.
Proficient in drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately with POS systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
TIPS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Set up and stock the bar with necessary beverages, glassware, and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the bar area.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption following responsible beverage service guidelines.
Interact with guests professionally and provide prompt service.
Process payments accurately using POS systems.
Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed.
Handle cash and credit transactions per procedures.
Follow opening/closing procedures and secure stock.
Assist with inventory discrepancies reporting to Bar Manager.
