• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily by requisitioning and stocking products according to policies.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare and present drinks adhering to standard recipes.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and proper storage of equipment.
• Check identifications to enforce liquor laws.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
