Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Bartender for Embassy Suites Austin Central in Austin, TX. The role involves mixing, pouring, and serving beverages in a fast-paced hotel bar environment, while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will set up and stock the bar, handle cash and POS transactions, and maintain a clean, compliant bar area. The position is part-time and on-site, with opportunities to engage guests and support events.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments with POS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification required within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Set up and stock bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar area.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption per guidelines.
• Process guest payments using POS.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and secure stock.
• Provide courteous guest service.
