Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to read customers and adjust service accordingly.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about beverages and specials.
• Also acts as a Server when needed.
• Mixing ingredients, garnishing, and serving drinks to customers.
• Checking IDs to enforce legal drinking age.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies.
• Adhering to food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, card transactions, and balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
