Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Bartender at Embassy Suites Austin Central in Austin, TX. The role mixes, pours, and serves beverages, handles POS payments, and maintains bar cleanliness while following safety and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments with POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Interact with guests professionally and provide prompt service.
• Process payments using POS systems.
• Restock supplies as needed and manage inventory.
