Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Memphis Downtown Beale Street is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to lead guest experiences at our vibrant bar. You will craft handcrafted cocktails, deliver friendly service, and contribute to a welcoming social hub where memories are made.

Part-time position, 10am–6pm, with opportunities through our Management Development Program to advance into supervisory roles. Prior hotel bar experience is preferred; must be 21+, with knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a hotel or similar environment is ideal, but training available.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Maximize beverage sales by educating guests on offerings and making recommendations.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced bar environment.
