Canopy by Hilton Memphis Downtown Beale Street is seeking a friendly Part-time Server to join a fast-paced dining team in Memphis. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders and ensure a smooth service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Formación

• Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions.
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant.
• Present menus and be knowledgeable of menu contents, recipes, and restaurant offerings.
• Serve and assist customers with selecting food/beverages as needed.
• Verify guests' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Make suggestions based on guest preferences and take/serve orders.
• Arrange table settings and keep tables clean at all times.
• Deliver checks and collect payments and follow up as needed.
