Timber Creek, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce a full-time Bartender position in a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by Troon. The role involves stocking, mixing and serving beverages, ensuring inventory accuracy, and complying with state liquor laws.

You will use a POS system and support events and banquets. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, and at least one year of bartending experience or training, plus knowledge of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of bartending experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsabilités

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties: inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking.
• Uses Point of Sales System for transactions.
• Reviews banquet schedule and events.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Adheres to safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
