• 18+ years of age and high school education required.
• Prefer prior customer service experience; barista experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to learn in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest service skills; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate drink production to company standards.
• Maintain bar station cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Know the menu, ingredients, and allergens; upsell as appropriate.
• Greet customers, guide them through the menu, and process orders.
• Handle cash and operate POS; assist teammates as needed.
