Job summary

d'Lite Healthy On The Go in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Food Prep to join the Back of House. You will support food preparation with accuracy, maintain clean facilities, and ensure excellent guest experiences while following company standards.

Responsibilities include staying on top of recipes, prep boards, and inventory while upholding health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced dining environment. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Prefer high school graduate
• 1 yr of food preparation and/or kitchen experience
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• Dependable, honest and trustworthy
• Positive attitude and good personal drive
• Courteous and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Test and taste food for quality and consistency
• Keep the kitchen clean and well-maintained
• Know the full menu, ingredients, cook times and substitutions
• Assist with stocking, par levels and inventory of food supplies
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Adhere to company policies and shift routines
