Reports to the Shift Leader and/or General Manager. You will complete Line Cook and General Team Member trainings, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and work with a positive, collaborative team, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (not applicable; keep as requirement)
• 1 yr of kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and established procedures
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate, and quality food preparation in line with company standards
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and proper equipment maintenance
• Know the entire menu, ingredients, and cook times
• Handle ticket orders and food assembly for dine-in or take-out
• Support prep, stocking, and inventory to ensure readiness for service
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with Health Department guidelines
• Demonstrate positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends
