Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with accommodation if needed.
• Flexible to work bendy hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and vacations.
• Meet all food‑and‑beverage safety rules and requirements, including presenting safe beverages and food items, cash handling, and protection.
• Follow customer interactions using clear and satisfactory communication.
• Prepare food and drinks to standard recipes or custom designed for customers, including recipe changes, temperature, ingredient amounts, or substitutions.
• Capable of performing various duties within the store during each shift.
• Fast learner with ability to understand and perform oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate as part of a group.
• Ability to build relationships.
