Qualifications

• Previous cafe or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for hospitality and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to commit to at least three shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Guide customers through beverage and food offerings, answer questions thoughtfully, and build rapport.
• Handle phone inquiries, process orders, and support mobile ordering.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence during peak hours.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food items per Alfred recipes.
• Keep coffee equipment clean and stations sanitary.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet cafe needs and maintain consistency.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
