You will greet guests, explain menu options, operate espresso equipment, handle orders, and uphold cleanliness and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe, coffee, or restaurant setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance with a minimum of three shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to Alfred recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment; keep prep areas clean and sanitary.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and overall cafe upkeep.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; report concerns to management.
