Job summary

Alfred Coffee is seeking a Part-Time Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience across beverages, food, and service. Join a fast-paced cafe with a collaborative team and a focus on hospitality.

You will prepare high-quality drinks, handle orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to safety and quality standards. Previous cafe experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe, coffee, or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for hospitality and creating positive customer experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team on a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for quarterly meetings or events outside regular shifts.
• Minimum commitment of three shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience with warmth and hospitality.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food items per Alfred recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment; keep prep areas clean and sanitary.
• Support inventory, restocking, and cafe upkeep across shifts.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
